Golden Baked Hams America's Finest Hams

GOLDEN BAKED HAMS® are carefully trimmed before curing to insure total penetration of the lean ham. The seasoned hardwood smoke caresses each fiber in the ham giving it that special unmistakable flavor. Leisurely baked, then spiral sliced and glazed with real honey, imported herbs and spices, the GOLDEN BAKED HAM® is ready for serving the minute you
bring it home. It's a perfect main dish for that special party or the family dinner table.
GOLDEN BAKED HAMS® are extra lean and offer a greater value than other hams.

"Selected 'BEST HAM' by Knotts Berry Farm! Our hams were selected 'Best Ham' for their Gift Catalog. They are lower in salt, lower in cholesterol and lower in calories. Our leaner ham is higher in protein and lower in cholesterol than skin-less chicken, tuna in water, and lean roast beef. Now that's healthy!"

"Did you know that only 1 in 3 hams pass our test? We choose only the top grade hams for tenderness, firmness and lower fat content."
Bob Stuck, President

Serve at Room Temperature for the ULTIMATE FLAVOR!

GOLDEN BAKED HAMS® are fully cooked, ready to serve. For the best flavor, serve the ham at room temperature or at a slightly warm temperture. Remove the ham from the refrigerator 1 ½ hour before eating. Please keep the ham covered. For the very best in flavor, Golden Baked Hamwarm the plates in the oven at 135 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove the plates with a heat pad and place the ham slices on the individual plates. The slight warmth of the plate really releases the flavors of the ham.

If you prefer your ham even warmer, remove the ham from the refrigerator (1) hour before heating. Please keep the ham covered. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Before placing the ham in the oven, remove the foil and place the ham in a shallow baking pan that is slightly larger than the ham. Place a tightly fitting lid or a piece of foil over the ham and crimp it tightly to the lip of the pan to keep moisture from escaping so the ham will remain moist.

Oven Time (oven temperature may vary)
Half Ham - 7 to 10 lbs. 45-60 minutes
Whole Ham - 12 to 15 lbs. 60-75 minutes

The lower moisture content of GOLDEN BAKED HAMS® allows for excellent freezing results. Because of less salt used in processing our ham, it should be eaten within 7 days. Golden Baked Ham
